Before I saw the W-Wing, I looked at the Type 3 UR on 69 in boxes 13. The killers are 4 or 1 and the 4 proves a 1, eliminating 1 from r3c5.

Solved also by 37 as M-Wing:
(7=3)r2c7-r8c7=(3-7)r8c6=(7)r8c4 => r2c4<>7.
