 Potential DP 78 is labeled *.
 Either:
 R78C1=16;  16 pair in B7; R7C3=8; R1C8=8.
 or:
 R7C8=9; 18 pair in C9; R1C8=8.

				| Thanks. I was just attacking it in a different way, trying to use pincers. The pincers in r7c3 and r1c8 take out the 8 from r1c3 which makes r1c8=8. I should have followed up a little more closely. | |

				| XY-Chain If r7c2=1, then, r2c2=5 ->r2c3=4 ->r6c3=6; r7c3<>6 solves it.

 To avoid the DP, either
 R78C1 is 16, forming a 16 pair in B7;  R7C3 is 8.  Or
 R7C8 is 68, forming an XY-wing 6-89.

 Either way, R1C3 <>8, solving the puzzle.
