It took me coloring on 7 and 6 followed by an XY-Wing (381). But I must've missed something, as the 6 in r7c2 went after the colorings, but it wasn't enough for me to finish.

Another Skyscraper 6 r7c28 removes the 6's in r4c3 and r6c7 solving the puzzle.
