The April 4 DB has many paths. A coloring in <4> opens another coloring in <4> which will do it. Probably doesnt count as a single bullet.

No easy answers

				Earl,

you were on the right track to see one of the single step moves.

notice the 4's in box 4, especially the group at BC and the group in DE

then notice their relationship with the 4 at F and the 4 at A

 	  | Code: | .------------------.------------------.------------------.

| 2     7    F14   | 8     9     6    | 3    G14    5    |

| 5     8     6    |1-4I   2     3    | 7    H14    9    |

| 14    9     3    | 5     7     14   | 6     2     8    |

:------------------+------------------+------------------:

| 7     345  E458  | 2     368   489  | 1     69    34   |

| 1489  6    D148  | 7     138   1489 | 2     5     34   |

|C149  B134   2    |A14    136   5    | 8     69    7    |

:------------------+------------------+------------------:

| 148   14    7    | 9     18    2    | 5     3     6    |

| 3     15    158  | 6     4     18   | 9     7     2    |

| 6     2     9    | 3     5     7    | 4     8     1    |

'------------------'------------------'------------------' |

its a grouped coloring move which can be extended via the 4's at G and H

to eliminate the 4 at I

(4)A = (4)BC - (4)DE = (4)F - (4)G = (4)H; I cannot be 4. |

I used a combination of colouring and ERs on 1 and 4.

Earl: Just a suggestion, but it might be better if you didn't give the solutions with the opening puzzle. Kinda takes away the challenge of using that solution.
