By the way, "stumped", for those of us who know cricket, is not a verb-ed word.

				| Lots of steps for a (16).
 Remote pairs (34)
 Coloring (4)
 W-Wing (34)
 XYZ transport (347)
 XY-Wing (35-45-34)
 Color pincer from above
Color pincer again to complete puzzle

(We've come to a pretty pass when you're stumped and I'm posting a solution).

				| I also started of with the remote pair; so many <34>s. Next I found both a row and a column oriented finned x-wing on 3 at r15c15 which then offered a good old regular x-wing at the same location, A coloring on 3, and finally coloring on 4 finished it off.
I never got around to looking for other options .......

				| That was brutal - but I refused to be stymied. (Did you know a Stymie is an archaic golf term). I used an ER on <4>. Another on <3>. Then a Skyscraper on <4>. Then I was stymied and forced to resort to a w-wing (can’t stand those things). But that got me nowhere – so in desperation I took Colouring 101 from www.sudocue (didn’t get into Wraps and Traps). That seemed to get rid of two more 4’s in R9 Box9 – but I ain’t gonna make a habit of that method either. It's quicker to guess.
 Cheers, Craig

				| Hmmm... I didn't need any transporting or coloring. (1) The Finned X-Wing/X-Wing at r15c15
 (2) The W-Wing (or Remote Pair) to remove <4> from r4c5
 (3) Skyscraper on <4> in r49 finishes it off.

but this remote pair is a true remote pair and you can remove both the 3 and the 4.

There is an ER that does the same move, if you prefer?
