Three moves.

XYZ-Wing (689), pivot r5c9; r5c8<>8
XY-Wing (687), pivot r6c7; r6c8<>7
XY-Wing (269), pivot r4c6; r5c2<>9

Once I saw this pattern unfold, I did not check rows and columns for X-Wings, Skyscrapers, etc. There are numerous rectangle possibilities, but none looked like they would get me very far.

Like Marty, I also found numerous steps but none was a heavy hammer. So, I went to the next level of tools.......
