This was embarrassingly difficult for me. I know there's something in there that I couldn't spot. Without getting into the gory details, I used an AIC which took out some 2s, a Skyscraper on 1 and an XY-Chain zapping some 9s.

I think this was my grid after basics:

Thanks. I played the Skyscraper, missed the W-Wing and would've never figured out the last move.
