Dan, my initial solution was the same as yours except I did not see a xy-wing, I saw an anp(46=9)r2c19. In any case it is good to see others using this technique. 
On my second pass, I looked for another anp() and found this solution that works but is not as clean as the anp(46=9)r2c19.
anp(16=*9)r89c8-(9=6=1)r8c91-r3c1=(1-5)r3c3=r3c9-(5=8)r1c8-(89*=6)r2c8; r46c8<>6
