Did I miss basics again? I haven't made a move, although I see the Type 4 UR on 17 which doesn't seem very helpful.

I'm sure you're right Danny, but I can't see a thing. The only thing that happened after playing the UR is that the grid has two fewer 7s.  |

And it exposes the fourth bivalue cell in a 5-cell XY-Chain that does a lot of damage to the puzzle -- starting with two more eliminations on <7>.
