				This my first almost XYZ-wing (shown in asterisks)
 
The digit spoiling the xyz is the fin 1 (shown as 1+) in r9c9
 
 
If fin 1 is false then XYZ 159 is true and r8c7<>5 and puzzle solved
 
 
otherwise
 
 
If fin 1 is true then (59=1)r9c9-(1=9)r3c9-(9)r4c9 so r4c9<> 9 solves puzzle.

To bag it in a chain looks a little like this:
