Hi,

Now do the same again, and after sending it, press the "EDIT" button on the right top. Than try to "arrange" it a little bit.

You can use also the "Preview" button on the left of the "Submit".

You was pretty right, in the format that you have cut & pastle from Word, it is not very easy to find out your starting position.
