XYZ-Wing (256); r5c9<>6
Sashimi; r6c1<>6
XY-Wing (236), flightless; r1c9<>6
M-Wing (25); r5c3<>2

Looks like step 3 wasn't needed to make r1c9=25, as the M-Wing would've worked had it stayed = 256.
